Innovative Social is a values-driven social work and counselling service grounded in the belief that meaningful change occurs through respectful relationships, compassionate support, and responsive care. We work alongside individuals, families, and communities to support wellbeing, resilience, and positive life outcomes.

Our practice draws on the breadth of social work fields of practice, allowing us to provide holistic and flexible support tailored to each person’s unique needs. Alongside practical and systemic support, we offer counselling informed by humanistic and person-centred approaches, supporting people through emotional, psychological, and life challenges with care and professionalism.

We are committed to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equality, and we strive to create a safe, welcoming, and affirming space for all. Innovative Social is proud to be an LGBTIQ+ inclusive practice.

Our practitioners are qualified Social Workers and members of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW). We uphold the AASW Code of Ethics and bring experience across disability, mental health, aged care, hospital and community health, youth work, crisis support, housing and homelessness.
